- Strong Communication Skills and understanding of USA OPT Hiring, Capable of finding students / job seekers for almost all technologies & Maintaining database of Job Seekers.
- Looking for a aggressive player with a strong hold on gathering OPT/CPT/EAD/H1 TRANSFER / GC / CITIZEN Candidates in the IT market & Ability to interact, develop Student network.
- Good Knowledge on Doing advertisements in job portals and Other Sources.
- Screen the resumes of consultants to understand the profile before on boarding them.
- Experience on Hiring through Universities, networking Groups, Social Networking sites, other sources and job boards i.e., Dice, Career builder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Cold Calling
- Need to have knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Explaining about compensation/packages, assessing relevant experienced profiles & qualification to determine the eligibility of the consultants.
