Roles and Responsibilities

To handle business planning & development

  • To acquire high ARPU subscriber base by maintaining higher level of

customer satisfaction.

  • To manage the team of sales executives for daily business operations and

their growth


  • To penetrate business opportunities from existing network areas.
  • To ensure adequate brand visibility across assigned territory.
  • To maintain recruitment & retention of sales team, identifying channel

partners and driving

channel sales teams for retail sales/ enterprise sales.

  • To process & document compliance while performing business operations.
  • To demonstrate ability for next level & content of leadership.
  • To plan and roll-out network in coordination with network team as per

business requirements in

the potential Areas.

  • Ensuring better CSAT on sales. Reports to Zonal Business Manager

Educational Qualification/Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate/Diploma

• 2-3 years of experience

• Possess sales and BD knowledge
