ROLE:

We are looking for Team Lead for our Indian Operations; This role requires to successfully manage and monitor Telecallers as per the best banking collection practices and procedures aligned with our Global Companys standards. This role would be required to conduct the various activities required for effective service delivery. Reporting to the CMS Call Center Head to support & deliver in all aspects of operations and service delivery.


RESPONSIBILTIES:

BPO Team leader with minimum 2+ Years of experience in

 

  • Manage Agent/Telecaller teams performance tracking
  • Monitoring calls and guide the Telecaller teams to achieve and improve on their performance
  • Set Goals and handle Telecaller teams coaching on sound collection practices, participating in role plays and provide feedback to agents.
  • Provide feedback to Supervisor on new hire progress, and concerns/issues
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed as to the status of the MTD production quotas. Ensures staff meets daily collections goals.
  • Support in Contact Center initiatives.


REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Should have min 2 years experience in Domestic Team Leading role (VOICE); Preferably in Banking Collections
  • Should have excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Should be a Graduate and Good in Excel Reports
  • Should be flexible with Dynamic rotational shifts (Day-shifts)
