	- Proven experience in recruitment specifically in Non-IT hiring
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interview coordination, negotiation and employment branding etc
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Connecting with Colleges to attract talents for Internships & Management Trainee Programs
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards, headhunting, Cold calling etc.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator and good negotiation skills
