JOB DETAIL

We are seeking a technical account manager who can handle business and tech side of the client while being the single point of contact. In this position, you will be working with a team of highly accomplished tech geeks who are very passionate about solving real-world problems through technology. The ideal candidate has the drive and passion to thrive in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

Manage clients who are using Zippr s enterprise business solutions

Manage technology integrations and client facing products (APIs, Zippr Business Console A tradezone management tool for QSRs)

Understand client needs and communicating the same to internal tech and product teams

Creation and implementation of new revenue models and understand the impact of such changes on the company s top and bottom lines

Produce technical SOPs/PRDs and other documentation

Work with the sales and management teams on upselling of Zippr products to current clients

Experience/Skills

Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science or a related field

1-3 years of experience in managing technical support or technical account management

Self motivated, autonomous and the ability to learn dynamically

Strong communication, writing and presentation skills

Prepare documentation/Paperwork, oversee API development and Integration, overseeing daily performance and providing support

Preferred Candidates

Technical background or experience in a similar field

Hands on experience working in a tech company s product team

Ability to set up APIs in Postman

Experience in server -side scaling and load handling planning
