  • LPG Installation Maintenance- Scheduling of AMC for contractual and non contractual
    customers as per company norms
  • Customers complaint Management
  • Co-ordinate with technicians and Customers for Preventive Maintenance, Planning and
    Execution, Break down Maintenance.
  • Statutory Testing's - Bullet Hydro testing, SRV/TRV Testing and Certifications
  • Vendor Identification and development
  • Safety Audit and Safety training
  • Cost management
  • Co-ordinate Technical Aspects / Trials of new Product / Applications / Service Offerings to
    Customers.
  • Interaction with statutory authorities
  • Root Cause analysis
  • Documentation- Audit report, Training report, AMC & trouble shooting and entries in ERP.
  • Project Management
