Primary Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong understanding on SLA and ticket management with clients
- Exposure to AWS, Azure and Cloud Technologies will be added advantage
- Supporting Java-based applications (not full stack developers)
- Web service technologies such as SOAP XML, WSDL XSL, XSD and Swagger, REST (JSON)
- Windows Server Environments, Unix, Linux
- Utilising Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring will be an added advantage
- Basic Splunk query knowledge
- Exposure in Openshift or Kubernetes or EKS
- Familiar with ServiceNow and Jira
- Basic SQL knowledge and DB Management
