Working as a Technical Lead/Manager at Navtech, you will:
- Design and develop high-quality products using Python and running on AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
- Follow Agile software development methodologies and adhere to best practices in the software development process.
- Assist the Architect to drive the selection of Technologies stack for the development of high performing scalable platforms.
- Participate in full development life-cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test and release.
- Propose and implement best in the class architectural solutions for big and complex systems hosted on cloud infrastructure.
- Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results.
- Give training and mentorship to team members to make them better on the job.
- Evaluate project data for accuracy, and take the lead in setting project targets and priorities.
- Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery.
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
Who Are We Looking For Exactly
- A 8- 12 years of Experience as a full-stack developer who has expertise on multiple phases of a project lifecycle from concept development to solutions design, implementation, optimization and support
- Strong computer science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multi-threading, Distributed Systems, and OO Analysis Design Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM).
- Experience in using Python with Django/Flask framework, Angular, ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, Nginx, HTML, CSS, UI integration with Rest Web-services or Spring MVC controllers, MEAN stack.
- Experience on Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment pipeline including Maven, Ansible, Dockers, Jenkins, SonarQube adherence to test-driven development processes using frameworks like JUnit / Mockito.
- Experience in working on RESTful web services development with frameworks like Spring Boot etc.
- Experience in working with DBMS like PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS-SQL/ NOSQL/ MongoDB.
- Extensive experience with microservice-based architectures and technologies.
- AWS is your preferred infrastructure provider and you have significant experience in the core AWS IaaS eco-system as well as other parts of their constantly evolving eco-system.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner.
- An analytical mind pay attention to detail.
- Should have a Master s Degree /Bachelors (BS) in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, Technology Management or related degrees and throughout education in English medium.
