Must have US IT recruitment experience of 3-5 years in-depth knowledge of the recruitment life cycle.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
Strong experience in hirings holders.
Apt in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc.
Understands differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.
Basic understanding on immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc.
Good to have: Experience in working with direct clients (high tech companies) without any layers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
Should have at least 2 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
Should have done to end to end implementation for two of the below modules

Prerequisite:
Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle cloud projects.
