JOB DETAIL

2-8 Years Experience in IT Recruitment Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle right from requirement collection to offer generation and onboarding. Manage/ lead the recruitment process and completion of hiring goals. Responsible for working with hiring managers to define recruiting plan for open mandates.

Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.

Responsible for handling Recruitment Talent management. Searching, creating and managing candidate Database according to requirements. Helping hiring managers for proper need assessment of the required roles. Review the job description; understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements.

Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies. Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle. Build strong candidate relationship credibility to leverage
