Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Junior & Sr. Level)
Shift: Night shift
Timings: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST.
Location: Madhapur, Hitech City (opp. to Water Tank)
Experience: 2-7 years

Overview:
We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.
Responsibilities:
- Should have worked for any of the following clients - State/Federal/Direct/Implementation Clients
- Should be comfortable with working C2C & W2 end to end recruitment
- Should have worked closely with US Citizens and GC holders
- Understand MSP and VMS Model.
- Experience working ATS tools.
- Decent level of understanding of job openings.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Expert sourcing skills.
- Must have experience working on IT /NON-IT positions.
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Correctly list job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
- Efficiently call applicants and perform phone screens.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
- Willing to work in USA or Europe business hours
Qualification
- 2 - 7 years of US recruiting experience in the IT field.
- A bachelor's of science or human resources degree.
