JOB DETAIL

Let s talk about Responsibilities:

  • Build pipelines of candidates for commonly hired technology roles.

  • Use advanced sourcing techniques to find tech talent that other Sourcers and Recruiters overlook

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Strategic People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers across the business. Work closely with them to have a deeper understanding of the requirements of the role, function, and how it fits into the organization

  • Work closely with the TA Partners to ensure a seamless experience for Managers and Candidates

  • Utilizing a range of techniques and assessments to provide high-quality shortlist of candidates to the business.

  • Track pipeline activity to share insights with internal stakeholders and hiring partners.

  • Advise the business on sourcing strategies to meet predicted future skills needs, general workforce planning needs, and current vacancies.

  • Recommend and drive process improvements that impact sourcing/pipeline effectiveness.

  • Be our resident sourcing evangelist, guide wider TA team on latest sourcing techniques.

  • Drive a culture of exceptional candidate care throughout the sourcing process.

  • Actively sharing content across all social channels to build employer brand awareness.

Let s talk about Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in Talent sourcing or Talent Acquisition Partner roles

  • Proven experience sourcing Technology, Engineering or Digital space.

  • Experience with creative talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have advanced talent sourcing experience, x-ray searching, Boolean strings, prior use of sourcing tools

  • Interview skills with the ability to screen candidates for technical abilities.

  • Previous experience building diverse talent pipelines.
