Let s talk about Responsibilities:
Build pipelines of candidates for commonly hired technology roles.
Use advanced sourcing techniques to find tech talent that other Sourcers and Recruiters overlook
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Strategic People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers across the business. Work closely with them to have a deeper understanding of the requirements of the role, function, and how it fits into the organization
Work closely with the TA Partners to ensure a seamless experience for Managers and Candidates
Utilizing a range of techniques and assessments to provide high-quality shortlist of candidates to the business.
Track pipeline activity to share insights with internal stakeholders and hiring partners.
Advise the business on sourcing strategies to meet predicted future skills needs, general workforce planning needs, and current vacancies.
Recommend and drive process improvements that impact sourcing/pipeline effectiveness.
Be our resident sourcing evangelist, guide wider TA team on latest sourcing techniques.
Drive a culture of exceptional candidate care throughout the sourcing process.
Actively sharing content across all social channels to build employer brand awareness.
Let s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
Prior experience in Talent sourcing or Talent Acquisition Partner roles
Proven experience sourcing Technology, Engineering or Digital space.
Experience with creative talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
Must have advanced talent sourcing experience, x-ray searching, Boolean strings, prior use of sourcing tools
Interview skills with the ability to screen candidates for technical abilities.
Previous experience building diverse talent pipelines.
