We are looking for a Tele caller to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients.

Looking for applicants who are comfortable with Hindi; Telugu; English ; Tamil or Kannada

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Reaching potential clients to explain about our software products and about our company.

2. Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources. Coordinating with the customer and manager to provide the respective details required for online demos of the software

3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

4. Updating the database of the customers on a regular basis & also maintaining data of all sales phone calls and sales deals.

5. Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming/ outgoing calls.

6. Responding to inquiries concerning about our software

7. Acquiring and updating a client contact details.

8. Maintain a data base of all call records / client information. Updating the master data on daily & weekly basis to the Marketing team and every month with the report system to the management.

9. Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of our software.

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as atele sales representativeor othercustomer service role.

2. Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) & MS office.

3. High Energy and Passion

4. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
