• Proficiency in Teradata
• Sound Architecture understanding
• Strong in SQL, BTEQ scripting
• Sound understanding of Teradata tools such as Teradata Parallel Transporter (TPT), Multiload, Fastload
• Enhancements to existing scripts (as requested by client )
• Exposure to Unix shell scripting
• Exposure to Query Tuning and Optimization

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years relevant Teradata experience
• Teradata Certification - Preferred (Basic and SQL)
• Experience in UNIX shell scripting
• Works substantially with little supervision or oversight to deliver key milestones
• Quick learner and good communication skills
