• Communicate with potential Campus Manager applicants

• Manage the day-to-day work necessary to run our recruiting and training endeavors

• Guide the CM Applicants to build the foundation for strong entrepreneurs

• Guide our Campus Managers to secure sales

• Coordinate with our recruiting training teams

• Contribute to the team s success by brainstorming ideas crucial to the success of our CMs

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with a neutral accent

• Fluency in English is a must

• Strong time management skills

• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work

• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

• Sales or Sales Training Experience

• Basic Excel and data analysis skills
