JOB DETAIL
You will be working in the financial services part of the business where you will be working on supporting products for consumer lending.
You will be working closely with various stakeholders like sales-ops, collections, engineering.
You will be expected to identify most frequently occurring issues in the user journey and help in identifying the solutions that can be built to solve those issues.
You will be expected to find the smarter ways to solve support problems which could be short term fixes or long-term solutions.
You will be expected to document the resolutions for various issues faced by the users and create the metrics on top of the issues categorically.
You will be expected to adhere to SLAs defined and resolve the tickets according to the priority.
You will be required to debug the issues when required and define the resolutions.
