We are looking for those well-rounded B. Tech or B.E or MCA or Computer Science or Engineering graduates in any field who are willing to go thru our training program in a thorough and responsible manner and commit to relocate to Hyderabad, if selected for employment upon completion of training.

I am happy to share that you could be considered as a trainee for our upcoming online training batch starting on or around June 1, 2022.

Phase-I (~4-weeks), trainees can learn from the comfort of their home. They just need a laptop and a reliable fast internet connection:

• Online training for 3 weeks in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL or on Java tools
• 4th week, evaluation on learnings

Phase-II (3 months, onsite at Hyderabad):

• Upon successful completion of Phase 1, trainees will receive a paid probationary employment and join company as a full-time employee at its Hyderabad center of excellence. Working from Hyderabad is mandatory, no exceptions.
• Trainees will then start learning Retail industry concepts and retail industry best practices
• Trainees will work on time-bound projects during this time and will be periodically evaluated

Phase-III, additional live project work, onsite at Hyderabad:

• These projects may require additional training on Java and/or other relevant tools and will be offered to those trainees who successfully complete Phase-I and Phase-II, pass all tests and challenges, show an upward trajectory of progress and a commitment to Proxima360.
• Depending upon performance and final evaluation, trainees will either be confirmed in the job as Junior Consultant, at Hyderabad, with an upward salary revision +company benefits, or their training would be extended, or their journey with us will come to an end.

Important:

Trainees must be willing to give us a commitment to relocate to Hyderabad and work onsite once they are offered a probationary or confirmed employment.
