JOB DETAIL

  • Act as the first point of contact within the engineering team for support cases escalated from help desk and client service.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Fresh Graduates. B.Tech or any other discipline who are passionate about IT Hardware
  • Excellent fundamental knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
