Job Description:
- Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
- Advising clients on suitable options for Domestic & international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, Sightseeing and fares
- Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients preferences and budget
- Making and confirming bookings.
- Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in clients circumstances.
- Making Proposals
- Actively responded to phone and email inquiries
- Generating reports using MS Excel for office database management
- Coordinating with Visa Consultant for documentation.
Designation: Tele Marketer
Job Description:
- Answering/ making phone calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
Designation: Executive Travel Consultant
Job Description:
- Handling Client queries with respect to Bus / Train / Air Ticketing
- Handling Domestic & International Ticketing
- Work out the itineraries, providing flight options by emails & also making Fare quotes to Clients & taking confirmation from them.
- Informing of Airline rules and regulations, tariffs and other industry requirements.
- Responsible for responding to the calls from clients requesting for information to any reservation in a timely & efficient manner.
- Ticket Issuance, Reissuance, Revalidation, Cancellations, Voiding & Refunds,
- Making Refund Notice & Maintaining Refund Register.
- Coordinating with Visa Consultant for documentation.
