Designation: Executive Holiday Consultant


Job Description:

  • Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
  • Advising clients on suitable options for Domestic & international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, Sightseeing and fares
  • Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients preferences and budget
  • Making and confirming bookings.
  • Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in clients circumstances.
  • Making Proposals
  • Actively responded to phone and email inquiries
  • Generating reports using MS Excel for office database management
  • Coordinating with Visa Consultant for documentation.


Designation: Tele Marketer


Job Description:

  • Answering/ making phone calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Job Description:

  • Handling Client queries with respect to Bus / Train / Air Ticketing
  • Handling Domestic & International Ticketing
  • Work out the itineraries, providing flight options by emails & also making Fare quotes to Clients & taking confirmation from them.
  • Informing of Airline rules and regulations, tariffs and other industry requirements.
  • Responsible for responding to the calls from clients requesting for information to any reservation in a timely & efficient manner.
  • Ticket Issuance, Reissuance, Revalidation, Cancellations, Voiding & Refunds,
  • Making Refund Notice & Maintaining Refund Register.
  • Coordinating with Visa Consultant for documentation.
