Responsible of Marketing H1B bench resources ensuring minimum or no candidate remains on bench, engaging the Bench resource to ensure proper positioning for upcoming requirements.

Hands on experience in all aspects of Recruiting and Marketing bench consultants.

Hands on experience in dealing with H1b Transfer case.

team members involved, measuring the effectiveness by assessing (metrics involved) bench strength, no. of client submissions, interviews, average bill rates, net margins and head count

Regularly interacting with consultants on bench and updating them on the status of submissions.

Maintain good relationship with Clients and getting the requirements from clients
