•Understanding client hiring needs/requirements.
•Source and identify software professionals through various online resources, networking, references, head hunting, and recruiting tools.
•Sourcing high-quality candidates from ATS and Job Boards.
•Screen resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates by pre-vetting them and submit them to onsite recruiters/managers.
•Experience working on application tracking system (ATS) is a huge plus.
•Must have done W2 recruitment.
•Must have hands on experience working with MSP/VMS based Direct Clients.
