Position Overview : Spectraforce Technologies is currently seeking US IT Recruiters

Role: Technical Recruiter (Junior Level / Mid-Level / Senior Level)

Time: 6:30 pm 3:30 am IST (Night Shift)

Working Days: Mon - Fri

Location: Remote

• Qualified candidates should understand the US staffing hiring process

(Specially for W2 and C2C).

• Must have Sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts
• Well versed with Visa Status and adequate experience with US Tax terms
• Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
• Must be willing to work night shifts.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
