To Design and maintain web site with efficiency and ease. Web Designer will be involved in the Design and Development of multiple Web applications. Work will involve very high level of creativity and application of tools to convert ideas in to web designs

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and support functional and appealing web applications based on usability Provide website maintenance and enhancements Use a combination of markup languages to write web pages Create quality mock-ups and prototypes on tight timelines Design Flyers and Banners as per need. Assist back-end developers in coding and troubleshooting Create cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product's interface Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies Promote usability best practices.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

Ability to create advance layout using HTML and CSS. Solid understanding of full web technology stack such as page load optimization, HTTP, Cookies, Asset Loading, CDN etc. Should be able to develop both Web and Graphic design requirements. CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Less, Responsive UI) Exposure to OOP JavaScript frameworks (Backbone, Angular, Knockout) Experience with single page web app design/ frameworks Understanding of web service protocols (REST) In addition, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment, with some back-end knowledge, is a must. Candidates should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems such as Drupal. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is also a plus
