JOB DETAIL

  • Create a roadmap and execute a tactical plan to optimize web pages with Hubspot CMS to drive conversion. This includes building, analyzing, and testing web pages.
  • Track Google Analytics performance and make recommendations to increase searchability, discoverability, engagement, and conversion to increase inbound leads.
  • Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics in Google Analytics.
  • Manage the global website with Hubspot CMS and its connection to Hubspot Marketing and Salesforce.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor websites and share recommendations.
  • Increase discoverability through using SEO best practices for web pages.
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
  • Update content when needed such as updating headings, design, etc.
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
  • Test and improve the user experience to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization s standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
  • Strategically leverage content on the website to increase discoverability.
  • Ideate and propose new tools to increase conversion.
  • Support all lead generation activities such as campaign tracking, paid advertisement attribution, etc.
  • A minimum of 3-hour overlap with the California PST timezone is required.

What You Know

  • 2 years of work experience as a Website Manager.
  • Expert knowledge of Hubspot CMS, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards.
  • Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Good presentation skills using Google Slides.
  • A minimum of 3-hour overlap with the PST.
  • Design skills are a plus.

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related qualification
