Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have experience in working with Desktop hardware and software components.
- Should be able to replace computer hardware like changing hard disks, RAM's, format computers, Update software and manage Computer related Inventory.
- Efficiently executing tasks assigned by Manager
- Candidate shall be flexible to work in rotational shifts
- Manage IT Tickets raised by Team
- Good Management Skills Capable of handling multiple tasks
- IT assets inventory as well as software assets inventory.
- To handle all IT Hardware Related Issues. Windows Installation and Formatting.
- Troubleshooting of Windows 7,8, 10 & other application software's.
- Maintaining Symantec & E- trust Antivirus engines.
- Installation and up gradation and configuration the system with appropriate device drivers and operating system.
- Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of all components of the computers and special devices.
- Installation of application software and programming software.
- Backups using different strategies (Normal, Differential and Incremental)
- Maintaining daily backup and restoring data.
- Manage Internet uptime and downtime and contact ISP in case of any issues.
- System performance monitoring and troubleshooting user related problems.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate must be located in Hyderabad - Office located in Madhapur
- Candidate will work in Shifts
- Should have good communication skills
- Should speak very good English, Hindi & Telugu
- Candidate should be punctual.
