- Oracle EBS PL/SQL, SQL, Fast Formulas, XML Publisher, Data Conversions, Interfaces, AME, Workflow, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms

- PeopleSoft - App Designer, Component Interface, People Code, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, XML Publisher, SQL, Data Mover, File Layout, Integration Broker, App Messaging

- Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion - Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Reports / SQL, OTBI, Web Services, FBL, HCM Loader

- SAP / Success Factors ABAP HR, ABAP WebDynpro, Dell Boomi, HR Renewal / UI5 / Fiori, PI, HANA, ODATA, BI / BOBJ

- Any HR ERP, Middleware Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, Informatica, Cast Iron, Mule Soft, SOA, ADF etc.

- Developing API, Web Services using Dot Net, Java, Struts

- Experience in HR processes and fundamentals and should have worked on more than two projects in the HR process domain in a technical capacity HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Time and Absence, Compensation
