- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create custom reports to service the needs of business
partners and leadership teams
- Set up custom reporting, funnels and analyze Google Analytics data to drive insightful learnings
and testing opportunities to improve conversion rates
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in roles combining analytics and marketing operations
- Strong understanding across the entire digital marketing ecosystem and related KPIs
- Experience performing marketing analysis within tool (GA, Adobe)
- Experience in Google Tag Manager/Adobe Launch
- Experience optimizing multi-channel programs across the full buyer's journey
- Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into a story for business & marketing stakeholders
- Ability to succeed in a large, highly-collaborative, cross-functional organization
- Expertise with web analytics (ideally Google/Adobe Analytics) tools
- Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Prior experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards; flexible in data source and tools used
- Proficiency in database design, expertise in SQL
- Experience with marketing automation, the use of behavioral triggers and digital media buying Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as (Analytics, Content, Social Media)
- Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of achieving results through alignment of cross-functional and multidivisional activities in a highly collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
- Broad marketing experience and proven track record with experience in using social, digital, and traditional marketing principles, techniques and tools
Education Qualification:
- Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Stats, or a related field
