Job Profile #2 Sr. Java / J2EE Backend Engineer
B. Tech. / B. E. , M. Tech/ M. E. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
4-5 years of first-hand experience in coding and problem solving.
Excellent coding skill with a solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Extensive and expert programming experience in all core J2EE Technologies like EJB 3, Servlets, JSP, JavaMail, JNDI, JPA, JMS, JMX etc.
Deep conceptual understanding and implementation of Java/ J2EE Design Patterns.
First class handson experience with Spring technologies like Spring MVC 3, Spring WebFlow 2, Spring Security 3, Spring Webservices etc.
Has worked on at least any one of the following OXM Technologies: Jibx, JAXB, Castor.
Has extensive experience in following WebServices Frameworks: Apache-CXF, Spring Webservices.
Has skilled experience in configuration and internals of any of the following Application / Web Servers: Tomcat, JBoss AS.
Has working experience on at least any one of the following ORM Technologies: JPA/ Hibernate.
Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.
Ability to take high levels of ownership and commitment.
Experience with Travel domain / building Business-to-Business (B2B) portals / experience with Cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) providers esp. Amazon Webservices would be additional plus.
