Roles and Responsibilities


Interact with the corporate HR to consolidate the manpower requirements of the region and proactively work to meet such requirements oCoordinate with all concerned departments and understand their people requirements and concerns around the same oAchieve Optimum Total staff costs to Manpower ratio (all hiring to be within preapproved matrix with <10% deviation)and Achieve regional recruitment targets in a timely and accurate manner oAdherence to the Recruitment TAT as per your Balance Score Card oQualitative recruitment at regional level ( quality shall be evaluated on the ratings new joiners shall get during confirmation process) oDeliver efficient HR services while adhering to the allocated HR budget for the region oEnsure adherences to Sourcing Mix in all hiring decisions as per guidelines • Ensuring a smooth on boarding and pre boarding process for new hires without any documentation issues oEnsure smooth integration of new recruits into the organization through well planned and effective induction programs oEnsure all the new joiners should go thru the induction spring board ( assessment shall be done thru online test on the learnings ) oMaintaining the personal files of all the new joiners as per the corporate guideline and provide the records to the management as and when required oInitiate confirmation process and send the details to corporate HR for issuing the letter of confirmation oEnsure timely exit formalities of employees separating from the organization and pass on the inputs to corporate HR operations team along with any issues • Implement the operational strategy of HR for the region and deliver it effectively oEnsure employee grievances are addressed in timely manner oMonitor branch attendance and resolve glaring discrepancies/ issues oEnsure compliance to statutory regulations at the regional level and escalate to Corporate HR in case of any issues and provide support in its resolution oMonitor timely payment of salary and other reimbursements to employees in assigned region and coordinate with corporate HR for any discrepancies • Support in driving performance management review o Ensure communication of JD and goal sheet for all new hires within 2 days for existing roles and 7 days for new roles


Desired Candidate Profile - The candidate should be from NBFC only

He/she should have experience into bulk hiring and sales hiring

He/she should have minimum 6 - 8 years of experience into HR
