Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit right from sourcing till conversion.

Sourcing expert in utilizing all sourcing channels - Job Boards, social media (preferably LinkedIn Recruiter experience) other way to get potential candidates
Establish ongoing relationships with the hiring managers by initiating job brief calls in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner.
Handle recruitment activities from reviewing the requisitions, posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and creating offer letters within the agreed SLAs.
Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, job portals, social media etc.
Pro-actively build talent pipeline of highly skilled resources as per hiring forecast.
Effectively manage candidate relationships and provide timely feedback on the status of their applications.
Responsible to timely update the requisitions in the ATS tool.
Ensure that trackers are inline and up to date for effective reporting.
Create Monthly/ Quarterly Analysis and reports for senior business HR leadership.
About You
A Bachelor degree is required or Master s degree in an HR or Business related field will be preferred
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in EPC hiring, preferably from oil and gas industry
Knowledge and experience of any ATS software is a plus (Taleo, People Connect Recruiting, ORC, Workday)
Good exposure in recruitment from entry-level to senior-level management
Understanding of recruiting metrics and SLAs
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word)
Have strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and documenting skills
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
Possess superior time management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity and be a solid team player
Ability to multi task and influence and manage multiple stakeholders
