Roles and Responsibilities

Will have to work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual, functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber.

Good Communication, Stakeholder management, co-ordinations skills to act a Single Point of Contact between the Business and the Development team to enunciate the Business needs as Enhancements that needs to be implemented.

Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.

Delivery Management, Client communication, Engagement Management, People Management.

Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions and effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.

Should have good experience with Project Management Principles like project estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, defect management, status reporting etc.

A key responsibility will be taking ownership of the user experience improvement based on engagement metrics.

Should be able to lead and manage the team consisting of Data Analyst, Dot net/Java/ Database developers and SQL Database Administrators.
