Application/Technical Support Manager Experience 8-12 Years Jaipur Jaipur CTC/Budget Upto 14 LPA Technology Technical support Additional Information

  • System maintenance and administration of Applications and Software
  • Integration with different systems and apps
  • Excellent Debugging and Monitoring skills
  • Responsible for daily trouble ticket resolution, client interaction and customer support via email and video calls
  • Responsible for the setup for the Continuous Integration build and deployment for DEV and UAT environments
  • Responsible for operational support and problem resolution for application users and internal operations team
  • Working knowledge on tools like- Kibana, Instana, graffana and so on
  • Have extensive experience working in a variety of project environments
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Architecture Frameworks
  • Have extensive experience in implementing end-to-end SOA based solutions
  • Designing the integrated solution architectures including Application Architectures (B2B, B2C), Software Infrastructure and Hardware infrastructure
  • Working on high-level project / program plans and detailing the same for managing multiple phases and / or interdependent modules
  • Working with the stakeholders to sign-off requirements, identify potential risks, developing strategies for risk mitigation, contingency planning and monitoring the risk mitigation plan
  • Managing end-to-end Delivery of projects with cross-functional and geographically spread teams
  • Coordinating testing, infrastructure deployment, support activities and ensure the
    timely deliverables
  • Planning and Executing the Knowledge Transfers during various phases of projects, including handover to production support teams
  • Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues effectively and efficiently
  • Supporting projects during the normalization phase after Go-Live and ensuring the smooth transitions to operations
  • Review and implement the processes related to IT Support and Operations before handing over to Support Services
  • Provide overall direction, guidance and mentoring to the team
  • Team recruitment, induction and appraisals
  • Strong ability to work independently on complex issues

Hence rotational shifts will be assigned to the candidates on weekly basis so that everyone in the team gets equal opportunity to work in day and night shifts.
