Job Description:
1. Should be mature, dynamic and self-motivated
2. Ensure general site administration and execute daily administration tasks
3. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and suggest ways to streamline processes
4. Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from Management.
5. Daily Housekeeping & Upkeep Guesthouse/Accommodation
6. Manage Mess/Canteen services with hygiene
7. Ensure Safety and Security of premises
8. Procurement and maintenance of office equipment /furniture/fixtures, to ensure their serviceability at all times
9. To maintain proper record of company assets issued and ensure accountability
10. To ensure general office maintenance like, housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, furniture etc.)
11. To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier etc.
