Roles and Responsibilities

  • The prime responsibility of a sales executive is to lead and grow sales of the company as much as possible in the defined territory.
  • Provides quarterly productivity report for the sales staff of the zone.
  • Adherence of sales all strategies & policies to increase sale rate in the territory.
  • Liaison with the Regional / Zonal sales manager to improve market share of companies all product line.
  • Oversee all the functions of the sales compensation system by planning, advocating & implementing successfully.
  • Develop new client base to as much as possible and impart positive relationship to maintain the existence client base.
  • Collection of timely payment, ensure check on the credit days and outstanding.
  • Needs to have the ability to maintain cost vs sales output.
  • Must have dynamic personality represent organization in the field.
