The position will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for US, UK Europe. Someone applying for the role must be comfortable with generating interest, qualifying prospects, and arranging meetings and closing business. Individuals must have exposure to how start-up business operates and thrives in a challenging start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy to execution from lead generation to closure of the sale.
- Business development through new client acquisition in the UK, US and Europe region
- Manage and build overall customer acquisition strategy
- Manage Inside sales team member and provide them direction to lead identification
- Carry a sales target and being responsible for meeting/exceeding the target
- Driving sales in large enterprises executing outbound prospecting initiatives, developing targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
- Understanding customer requirements and building a compelling proposal
- Manage all leads in the assigned territory managing, tracking, and reporting sales activities
- Utilizing business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop opportunities
- Negotiate Contract and prices.
- Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience for the UK, US Europe region
- Proven sales experience of 5-10 years
- Previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development, and/or sales.
- Self-starter with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Organised, disciplined, critical thinker and problem-solver
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Great interpersonal, verbal written communication skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing, information systems, business and engineering. MBA is a plus.
- Exposure to selling Enterprise Integration (iPaaS), Cloud CRM (e.g. Salesforce) services are a plus.
