Objectives of the role:
- Responsible for Relationship Management and handling Mutual Fund sales through IFAs and NDs
- Will have to build a direct sales book
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients & channel partners and increase market share
- Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain
- Build a long term core assets through incremental net sales
- Increase collection with higher market share from present level and to enhance brand recall
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain.
- Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations
- Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets
Skills required:
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and other financial products
- Strong product knowledge
- Business Acumen
- Deep understanding of Sales process
- Influence clients and stakeholders
- Deliver good presentations
- Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market
- Manage team and drive strategy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Prior experience needed:
- 1 - 5 years of relevant experience

- MBA or any equivalent qualification
