Objectives of the role:

  • Responsible for Relationship Management and handling Mutual Fund sales through IFAs and NDs
  • Will have to build a direct sales book
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients & channel partners and increase market share
  • Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain
  • Build a long term core assets through incremental net sales
  • Increase collection with higher market share from present level and to enhance brand recall
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain.
  • Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations
  • Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets

Skills required:

  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and other financial products
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Business Acumen
  • Deep understanding of Sales process
  • Influence clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver good presentations
  • Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market
  • Manage team and drive strategy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office


Prior experience needed:

  • 1 - 5 years of relevant experience
