Roles and Responsibilities (Senior HR Executive )
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters/ Executive can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the companys organisation structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees


Roles and Responsibilities (Assistant Team Leader // Team Leader)

  • Plan, develop and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Partner closely with all key stakeholders.
  • Be updated on latest Talent Acquisition frameworks, methodologies, processes and career development cultures to remain competitive in the market.
  • Oversee and manage recruitment metrics and reporting both on forecast and status updates.
  • Meet deadlines on time.



  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Min 4 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Possesses a proven ability to be hands-on and able to handle tactical issues while still maintaining a strategic mindset.


QUALIFICATION: Graduate/ MBA in HR Preferred

SKILLS: Stakeholder management, Negotiation, Interviewing
