JOB DETAIL

Must haves:

  • BPO voice and email/Chat experience of minimum 10 years cumulative (excluding back/middle office work) in Sales, Lead gen and CC
  • Post graduate, any major.
  • Overall 12 plus years of work experience (including Non BPO as well)
  • Ed-tech experience minimum 2 years
  • Span handled : 275 FTEs minimum
  • Must be open to work 6 days in a week and should be open to travel as and when business needs
  • Fluency in English and Hindi

 

Good to haves:

  • Green belt trained/certified
  • Knowledge of COPC standards
  • P&L management experience

  • Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.

Internal Operations-

  • Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
  • Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
  • Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
