Skills:

  1. Should be a creative and self-motivated individual
  2. Proficiency in requirements gathering. Should be able to understand the customer requirements and create the clear requirements document.
  3. Possess good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Experience in User Acceptance / Functional testing.
  6. Good Stakeholder management skills. Should be able to interface with the customer and TCS teams to achieve the desired outcome.

 

Role Definition:

This role will provide an opportunity for the candidate to interact with the customer to understand the requirements, and document the same. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with the configuration team and other support teams, responsible for configuring the system.

The candidate will need to coordinate with different centralized teams to ensure that the customer issues (both Functional and Technical) are resolved timely.

This candidate will need to perform the UAT of the CRs delivered and Defects fixed for his/her customer.

This candidate will need to manage various aspects of customer management like follow up on payments, Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS), follow up on issues for their quick resolution, test the CRs delivered and Defects fixed for his/her customer.
