JOB DETAIL

The Remote SEO Specialist's role is to manage, analyze and implement changes to a client s website to optimize it for search engines. They will consistently coordinate tasks with Marketing Managers, attend sales and strategy meetings to provide SEO Consultation, interface with Account Directors, Marketing Managers, and Development Design Resources, as well as assist the Director of SEO with client-related tasks.

Key responsibilities includes

  • Achieve SEO campaign objectives
  • Provide regular client reports and client deliverables with actionable insight
  • Attend client meetings to review campaign performance
  • Assist Director of Integrated Digital Marketing with client and sales-related tasks and meetings
  • Interface with Account Directors, Marketing Managers, Development Design resources
  • Develop keyword and competitive research
  • Develop technical and on-site optimization recommendations, implement recommendations and provide technical direction to Account Directors, Developers, and Marketing Managers
  • Assist the Strategy team with SEO recommendations for site launches, cross-channel marketing initiatives, and campaigns
  • Assist in the development on content strategies with the Content Specialist team
  • Setup Google Analytics account tracking, including Profiles, Goals Events
  • Develop Link Remediation strategies and coordinate with SEO Associates for outreach and tracking
  • Manage SEO preservation processes for site re-launches

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of work experience in digital marketing with a preferred focus in SEO
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Familiarity with Screaming Frog, MOZ, and SEM Rush or similar tools is a must
  • A thorough understanding of key search engine ranking factors
  • Able to conduct relevant keyword research and make recommendations
  • Able to interpret analytics data and identify actionable opportunities
  • Fantastic communication and organization skills
  • A 4 year degree in Marketing and/or a technical background
