JOB DETAIL

  • Must ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.
  • Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
  • Maintain workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures.
  • Providing office support including customer and employee support.
  • Keeping well-organized files and records of business activity.
  • Administer petty cash according to established procedures.
  • Following up on business communications, billing and ordering.
  • Learning about the companys mission and available products/services.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Making travel arrangements for directors.
  • Writing and editing company correspondence.
  • Assisting with Housekeeping, Security and Technical Support.
  • Scheduling appointments and events.
  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
  • Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
  • Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.
