- To look after different statutory compliance activities like PF, ESI, Ptax, Bonus, LWF, CLRA, WC etc.
- To deal with factory compliances like, factory registration and license, CTO, Fire license, boiler license, Building stability, SWID etc.
- Responsible for Talent acquisition, manpower planning and budgeting, KRA preparation, Entry and exit formalities, attendance and Payroll processing, HRMS, PMS activity, employee retention, grievance handling factory and office administration, security monitoring etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate should have 5 to 10 years of Experience in Plant HR Generalist Profile.
