QUALIFICATION

Engineering or Computer Science Degree
Knowledge/Skill: Certifications and Specializations ERP Certifications Material, Finance, Operations, Sales, Integrations
Project Management, - PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile and Lean (desirable).
Accountant certification desirable (CIMA, ACCA)


YEAR EXPERIENCE

  • Must have minimum 5 years’ experience with good exposure in MS Dynamics Navision/Axapta/Oracle/D365 or SAP in the Functional/Techno-functional role.
  • Must have implement minimum 1 full cycle implementation on Dynamics NAVISION/AXAPTA/Oracle/D365 or SAP


JOB DETAIL

Develops, plans, and implements the Enhancements and Changes to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Business Applications. Determines scope of the project. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the Initiatives assigned. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future business systems requirements to meet the even growing organizational needs. Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with Enterprise Architecture configuration.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring that ERP and Business applications Enhancement projects deliver supportable solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture principles and business requirements.
  • Challenging deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet business requirements.
  • Building effective relationships within the project team and with Suppliers engaged for System Integration service delivery
  • Managing geographically dispersed stakeholders with diverse groupings of skills, experience and qualifications.
  • Identifying and negotiating for appropriate project resources
  • Influencing without authority across the project team
  • Activities which form part of the implementation & pre-implementation stage such as pre-sales, requirement gathering, Documentation, user training, client specific training manuals preparation and other project activities which is agreed to deliver to the client.
  • Project plan creation and execution. Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
  • Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
  • Provide sales/Customer support to NeST IT.
  • Business Process mapping & Documentation
  • Managing escalations from client and providing resolutions.
  • Innovation and Automation: Ensure the automation of corporate applications and work flows though web applications and mobility solutions.

  • Service Availability - Ensures that all existing and new IT services meet availability target levels
  • Service Request Fulfilment - New service, equipment, accessory delivery and fulfilment
  • First Contact Resolution - Rate at which issues reported are solved at first contact, first interaction
