Aspire Systems is currently on the look-out for tech-savvy Sales professionals with experience in selling IT Services in the US Region.
Shift timing will be aligned to the US Time Zone.
As an Offshore Business Dev team member, you will closely work with Sales Manager (onsite/offshore) and generate the Reaches, set up Relevant First Meetings, and make sure that such meetings are Held in the assigned US geography . This includes cold calling, planning and executing strategies to identify, build and expand customer base in the market. You will collaboratively work with Marketing and Service Lines to increase the reaches and set up the Relevant Meetings for your Sales Manager.
Your targets and incentives each month will be primarily based on setting up relevant first meetings and this will be a key indicator of your success. In addition, you will also be eligible for bonus based on the number of proposals submitted as a result of the first meetings you set and also on the revenue booked from the wins thereof.

• Achieves the required number of relevant first meetings each month and working along with the sales manager achieve the target of number of proposals submitted every quarter.
• Build a strong leads pipeline.
• Work closely with the Sales manager to achieve the booked revenue targets.
