Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Data Quality Engineer Informatica Data Quality (5-8 Years)
- IDQ development around data profiling, cleansing, scorecards, parsing, standardization, verification, matching and data quality exception monitoring and handling
- Analyze data related to different domains- retail, customer, HR using Informatica Analyst
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and documenting the data quality procedures and its outputs.
- Profile the source data, define or confirm the definition of the metadata, cleanse and accurately check the data, check for duplicate or redundant records, and provide information on how to proceed with DQ rules.
- Experience with creating SQL procedures, views, subqueries, multiple SQL joins, unions to perform various data extraction tasks and developing PL/SQL triggers for updating or inserting new records
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to tune and optimize complex queries
- Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures.
Data Quality Engineer Informatica Data Quality (3-5 Years)
- Implement data quality processes including translation, parsing, analysis, standardization, and enrichment at point of entry and batch modes; deploy mappings that will run in a scheduled, batch, or real-time environment
- Document all mappings, mapplets, and rules in detail and hand over documentation to the customer; Perform thorough data profiling with multiple usage patterns, root cause analysis and data cleansing and develop scorecards utilizing Informatica
- Profile the source data, define or confirm the definition of the metadata, cleanse and accurately check the data, check for duplicate or redundant records, and provide information on how to proceed with DQ rules.
- Experience with creating SQL procedures, views, subqueries, multiple SQL joins, unions to perform various data extraction tasks and developing PL/SQL triggers for updating or inserting new records

- Strong SQL skills with the ability to tune and optimize complex queries
- Ability to provide work around and fix the technical bugs in the existing processes.
- Experience in design reviews and extensive documentation of standards, best practices, and ETL procedures.
