12-15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of project management experience including customer implementations
2 years of Experience in Scrum Master role with good knowledge in Agile process , ceremonies, KPI etc

Experience in handling end to end customer delivery.

Responsibilities
Manage each projects scope and timeline and ensure on time delivery
Be the first point of escalation and handle customer concerns in the best manner balancing both Customer and IBS priorities
Develop and manage budget for projects, create an operating plan for the program and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Owns drives the Program/Engagement plan liaising with Delivery Squads and other internal/external stakeholders
Influence Customer decisions, Demonstrate business benefits.
Enable team by providing visibility to product backlog / customer priorities and manage the overall stake holder commitments
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for Projects
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome release risks, and produce delivery reports for management and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle
Champion organization processes and policies by honoring the organization policies and always standing for them from the management side
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Change management and dependency resolution
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Expert user of Atlassian apps; Jira, Confluence, etc.
