- Were looking for a Content Marketer to join our team at WiSilica, Kochi.
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Conceptualizing and crafting all short form and long form content such as blogs, press releases, articles, eBooks, white papers, webinars, video scripts, marketing website copy etc.
- Work with the team of writers, creative teams, and digital marketers to execute the strategy
- Own all content and copy for marketing collateral across media channels.
- Hands on experience of CRM tool like HubSpot and execute email campaigns for the region
- Ultimately act as the custodian for all digital content.
What you will be doing
- Own the content calendar, manage and execute effective content marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Gather timely feedback from sales teams on struggles and successes in order to iterate and improve content.
- Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention.
- Oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including content creation and consistency of copy across all touchpoints
- Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of content marketing activities.
- Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all channels.
Requirements
- 4-7 years experience in B2B Content marketing roles
- Proven work experience as a Content writer, Content Manager or similar role
- Due to the cross-functional nature of this role you will need to be self-sufficient, an outstanding team collaborator, with the ability to self-manage your own projects and workflow to meet deadlines.
- Good content writing skills for various channels email, social posts, webpages etc, with proven content curation capabilities
- Exposure to Email Marketing, Digital marketing, platforms like Google Ads Fundamentals and Google Analytics.
Even better if you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Sales/Marketing, technology, or related field is preferred
- MBA – preferably specializations in Marketing or International business or IT or General management
- Master's degree in communicative English, Journalism or Mass Communication
