As a ServiceNow RPA Developer you play a key role in the setup, deployment & maintenance of RPA within our ServiceNow Environment. You will be part of the design process as we implement a variety of use cases around RPA and the future roadmap of RPA within ServiceNow. This will provide you with an opportunity to contribute to cultural change to provide an environment to enable the client to provide better, faster, more effective solutions, by building upon your existing knowledge and ability.
Responsibilities:
- Design automation processes as per the operational needs of client.
- Scripting & coding within ServiceNow RPA to resolve automation issues
- Provide expertise in the development & integration of the system
- Configuration of automation directly related to SOX and IT General Controls
- Documentation of the automation procedures developed
- Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end testing
- Propose best practice within ServiceNow RPA
- Collaboration with Enterprise Applications Team on multi-system projects & integrations
- Working closely with IT and business leaders to configure and improve RPA
- Support end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various processes and digital workflows.

Skills Required:
- ServiceNow Certification a plus
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow RPA
- Expertise on programming languages
- Expertise on process design documents & technical design documents in automation
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow RPA related problems
- Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow Flows
- Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Knowledge of Boomi a plus
