- Reviews, analyzes, and gives feedback on requirements/functional designs
- Participates in architectural review process
- Proposes ServiceNow architectural new options or changes
- Designs and develops for larger enhancements, projects, and cross system/functional enhancements.
- Architectural and hands-on Integration experience with Enterprise suite applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Individual contribution to deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
ServiceNow Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge and implementation experience on Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Strong knowledge on Threat Intelligence and MITRE-ATT&CK Frameworks
- Strong knowledge on Vendor Risk Management (VRM) implementation
- Strong knowledge on Vendor Risk Management integrates with other core GRC applications
- Good knowledge on security Incident and Threat Intelligence Integrations
- Good knowledge on Risk Calculations and Post Incident Response
- Extensive hands-on experience of Security Incident Response Automation capabilities in ServiceNow such as Flows and Workflows, Playbooks (Knowledge Articles and Runbooks) and User Reported Phishing components.
- Experience in creating ServiceNow costume applications.
- Knowledge on platform new features like Flows, Components, AppEngine, Studio, Integration hub, UI Builder, Workspace.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
- Good knowledge on Administration and performance tuning.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform
- 2+ years of experience with SecOps (SIR, Threat Intelligence and VRM) in Servicenow.
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator & Developer in ServiceNow
- Desired ServiceNow Trainings/Certifications: CSA and good to have CIS (SIR).
