JOB DETAIL

1. Review performance of each member in the team to ensure the process guidelines and deliverables are being met.

2. Identify, facilitate and organize training session for all team members..

3. Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center.

4. Ensure that clients are kept happy and updated at all times by providing prompt response, reports, and solutions to their challenges at all times.

5. Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members and delegate duties to all team members.

6. Monitor calls, emails, and Social Media interactions to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.

7. Ensuring the effective utilization of resources and help the team achieve their targets

8. Support the team with sourcing keywords, strings and also ensure that the team is aware of the current market trends in different countries

Skills Required:

1. Must have good experience in Recruitment IT& Non IT industry.

2. Articulate and well-read with excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. Ability to read and analyze reports with good MS-Office skills.

1. Strong Client management experience.

2. Strong sourcing skills from different portals.

3. Strong commitment to delivering value to clients.
